Hunter Urban is an artist focusing on the spiritual forces of nature. His work is grounded in childhood memories and motifs- especially those of flora, fauna, wind, forest, and ocean in the North where he lives. He strives to connect these ideas with media using ancient processes including drawing and sculpture to create layers and depth that extend beyond the edges of the page.
